ist zu betonen, dass die Reaktionen und Achsen oft<br>gleichzeitig und in Wechselwirkung miteinander aktiviert werden k\u00f6nnen. Dennoch kann<br>man grob eine Reihenfolge und typische Situationen f\u00fcr jede Achse skizzieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Eine akute Stresssituation, wie bspw. das Hupen eines herannahenden Autos beim<br>\u00dcberqueren einer Stra\u00dfe, f\u00fchrt zu einer sofortigen \u201eKampf- oder Flucht\u201c-Reaktion. Dabei<br>wird der Sympathikus aktiviert, der \u00fcber die Hormone Adrenalin und Noradrenalin den<br>K\u00f6rper auf eine schnelle Reaktion vorbereitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In l\u00e4nger anhaltenden Situationen, wie bspw. dauerhaftem Arbeitsstress oder der<br>Vorbereitung auf eine wichtige Pr\u00fcfung, setzt der K\u00f6rper das Hormon Cortisol frei, um<br>Energie bereitzustellen und andere langfristige Anpassungen vorzunehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Das Vegetative Nervensystem (VNS) fungiert als Zentrale f\u00fcr die beiden Nervenstr\u00e4nge<br>Sympathikus und Parasympathikus und reguliert die situationsbedingte Anpassung von Organen und Organsystemen. Die Organe und Organsysteme werden stimuliert, um die Aufmerksamkeit und den gesamten Stoffwechsel auf den Notfall vorzubereiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Entgegengesetzt liegt der Fokus des Parasympathikus auf Regeneration, Reparatur, Schlaf und Fortpflanzung.
