Diese Atemfrequenz reduziert die bei akutem Stress erfolgende k\u00f6rperliche hormonelle Stresslast. Diese Atmung wird auch als \u201e<strong>akute Stressatmung<\/strong>\u201c bezeichnet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1095\" height=\"750\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mobee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/Laptop_Tisch_SPP_Screen_Zyklus.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6868\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mobee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/Laptop_Tisch_SPP_Screen_Zyklus.png 1095w, https:\/\/www.mobee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/Laptop_Tisch_SPP_Screen_Zyklus-640x438.png 640w, https:\/\/www.mobee.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/Laptop_Tisch_SPP_Screen_Zyklus-768x526.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1095px) 100vw, 1095px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Grundlagen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">Die Atemtiefe und die Atemfrequenz beeinflussen \u00fcber das Ph\u00e4nomen der sogenannten Sinusarrythmie (RSA) die Aktivierung des Parasympathikus bzw. haben einen positiven Einfluss auf den Vagusnerv. Dieser fungiert als <strong>regulierende Schaltstelle zwischen dem Gehirn und den Organen<\/strong>. Er hat einen d\u00e4mpfenden und ausgleichenden Einfluss auf verschiedene K\u00f6rperfunktionen und beeinflusst das gesamte Befinden. Vereinfacht ausgedr\u00fcckt, ist der Vagus f\u00fcr Entspannung, Ruhe sowie die Verdauung verantwortlich. Allgemein gilt, dass eine ruhige und tiefe Atmung die gew\u00fcnschten stressregulatorischen Effekte erzeugt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Eine Vielzahl von Studien zeigt auf, dass es individuell sehr unterschiedlich ist, welche Atemtiefe, Atemfrequenz und Atemhaltephasen die besten Effekte hinsichtlich der Regulation biologischer Stressreaktionen haben.
