En se levant un peu plus t\u00f4t le lundi, on a plus de temps et on peut commencer la semaine en toute tranquillit\u00e9. Cela ne semble pas facile ?  Mais du point de vue de l'humeur, cela peut s'av\u00e9rer payant. Il a notamment fait ses preuves comme rem\u00e8de contre la d\u00e9pression du lundi. Que vous riiez de la blague du jour, de la gueule de bois du patron du week-end ou m\u00eame de Mario Barth. Peu importe, rien n'est trop primitif. La fin justifie tous les moyens ! M\u00eame si vous n'avez pas du tout envie de rire, faites-le quand m\u00eame. L'astuce, c'est que l'activation des muscles du rire sur le visage stimule les cellules nerveuses du cerveau.
