Training options

As part of our starter webinars, we provide you with the necessary Basic knowledge about the use of our products. The webinars can be accessed at any time in the my mobee® Business Portal from service tariff "M" and are free of charge. As a service customer, you can also take advantage of our regular Theme workshops at various locations and our Live webinars visit.

As part of our individual online coaching sessions, we teach you the following, depending on your level of knowledge Basic or advanced knowledge on a product or topic of your choice (1 product = approx. 120 minutes). The service can either be booked with us as an individual service for a fee or utilised free of charge once per existing product and year as part of the "L" service tariff.

Please note that individual online coaching requires successful commissioning (installation & activation of the software, charging of the measuring device if necessary). Therefore, if you have not already done so, please first book an appointment for a Online setup assistance (20 minutes = 1 product).

As part of our training courses, we introduce you step by step to the use of the mobee 360 platform and the use of your chosen assessment systems. Besides scientific foundations and theoretical knowledge We naturally also provide information about the products Practical knowledge in the form of guided "hands-on" exercises with our trainer. Participation in a product training course can serve as proof of sufficient product knowledge, e.g. for clients such as health insurance companies.

Please note that participation in a product training course requires successful commissioning (installation & activation of the software, charging of the measuring device if necessary). Therefore, if you have not already done so, please book an appointment for a training session at least 2-3 days before the training. Online setup assistance (20 minutes = 1 product).
