The remote service is available to all customers with newly purchased systems and a valid service contract. If you have purchased several products, please request an appointment for each product.

During the appointment, we create the technical prerequisites for training and familiarisation. This service is available to you free of charge as part of the mobee® 360 service. Please note that this is not a content-based training course. Available in German and English.
