I ran into a serious problem after a repair technician removed the SQL Server components needed for my TANITA PRO software, leaving me unable to access my client database just days before an important appointment. I reached out to support not really expecting a quick fix, but the response was fast, clear, and genuinely helpful from the start.
The technician Wolfgang walked me through checking for a local backup file, and once we found one, he reinstalled the SQL Server component via TeamViewer and got everything working again — professionally, patiently, and without any unnecessary back-and-forth. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing.
Given how much this software means to my daily work, I really appreciated the speed and care with which this was handled. Highly recommend this level of support to anyone relying on TANITA PRO for their business!! 💚🫶

After a computer change, our very old database had to be migrated to the new Mobee fit program. This proved to be significantly more complex than expected. However, with the competent and exceptionally driven assistance of a support employee, this undertaking could be brought to a successful conclusion. Outstanding performance, we are very satisfied!
