In his WDR programme, the well-known TV doctor Doc Esser impressively demonstrates how mobee® fit can be used to detect mobility restrictions and make progress achieved through measures visible. You can find the mobility check-ups from around minute 10 and 38.
Joints, muscles, blood vessels - pain-free and healthy through stretching

Let's be honest - when was the last time you stretched? Or thought about your mobility at all? The older we get, the stiffer we become. The number of cells and elastic fibres decreases. But due to our modern lives - sitting in the car, in the office and far too little exercise - we are increasingly losing our natural flexibility, even at a young age. Even for the sporty among us - whether in strength, team or endurance training - stretching is an unloved and therefore often neglected evil.
What is flexibility anyway? It is a mixture of our innate or developed flexibility and our ability to stretch. While flexibility develops in childhood and adolescence and can hardly be influenced in adults, the ability to stretch can be influenced well into old age.
Improved mobility through greater stretching ability not only means a better quality of life, but is also the best protection against joint wear and tear, muscle pain, tension, injuries and falls. Studies have even concluded that regular stretching counteracts arterial stiffness - and thus directly protects against arteriosclerosis and even heart attacks!
