Until now, the owners of the Halle Zwo cross-training studio had only carried out BIA measurements to determine body composition. In order to evaluate how well diagnostics are accepted in other areas, the owners decided to organise a diagnostics day with mobee® 360.
Preparation
The two packages were released for booking in the course booking app. Members with a contract should pay € 25 per package. A price of €35 was estimated for holders of 10-visit cards. The first diagnostics day with 16 appointments was fully booked within 30 minutesplus numerous participants on waiting lists. The decision was therefore made to organise a second date. Within 2 hours, another 24 participants had registered, and others only managed to get places on the waiting list.
Implementation & conclusion
All participants attended their appointments eagerly and took in the information from the analyses with interest. In addition to individual analyses of strengths and weaknesses in the various areas, results-based exercise recommendations were handed out via QR code.
"It hit like a bomb," says Andrea Ploch (co-owner of Halle Zwo). "We would never have thought that holistic diagnostics would be so well received by our cross-training audience". The analyses are now to be used in conjunction with the existing training programme and specifically in the acquisition of new customers.
