
Breathing training in the my mobee® app
Our breathing, a constant companion in every moment of our lives, not only reflects our state of mind, but also provides us with the essential building blocks of life. By consciously controlling our breathing, we are able to find emotional balance, cope better with stressful situations - even in their most acute form - and maximise our vital energy.
The individual recommendations for Stress regulation breathing and for a Vagus activation breathing are included in the my mobee® App and are available to the customer as guided training, including the recommended training parameters (frequency and duration).

The video shows the breathing training options that are visualised in the my mobee® app. By selecting the breathing visualisation shown (curve or circle), the user can choose their personal favourite to carry out their individual training.
